Here, the leanest beef in North America is being
bred by Ranchers Michael and Jeanine McDermott. 
In Beautiful Northern Minnesota--near the town 
of Kelliher to be more precise.  Mike and wife 
Jeanine are cross breeding hardy Scottish 
Highlanders  with Belgian Blues. A very 
profitable mix.
         
Consider, that in some areas across the 
country, Wolves are problematic.  Causing 
a drain on profit margin.  Do you think 
Resurrector (pictured above) has any 
problem with Wolves harassing the herd?
